Louis joined OCC in August 2026. Prior to this, he led Scottish operations at Creator Fund, an early-stage venture capital fund investing in deep-tech companies across Europe. Louis previously worked at an Edinburgh biotech spin-out, building automated cell engineering platforms. He holds an MSc in Industrial Biotechnology and completed his PhD research at the University of Edinburgh.
